李福祥,男,1963年9月出生于山西大同。1986年毕业于太原工业大学应用化学系工业分析专业,获学士学位;1992年毕业于大连理工大学化工学院煤加工工程专业,获硕士学位;2007年毕业于太原理工大学煤化所化学化工专业,获博士学位。
