副教授 樊森清 特聘副研究员- 简介 个人简介 1986年生,2015年毕业于四川大学化工过程机械专业,获工学博士学位;长期从事膜反应器及过程强化方面的研究;主持国家自然科学基金青年项目、四川大学“化工之星”优秀青年培育计划项目等课题;以第一/通讯身份在国际化工、能源等领域著名期刊Industrial & Engineering Chemistry Research, Bioresource Technology, Applied Energy, International Journal of Hydrogen Energy上发表论文近20篇;申报发明专利2项;撰写英文专著章节1章;多次在国内外学术会议上作报告;若干国际SCI期刊审稿人。 樊森清 副研究员 教育及工作经历 2019年8月 剑桥大学 短期访问 2017年-2019年 四川大学 特聘副研究员 2015年-2017年 中国工程物理研究院 博士后 2012年-2015年 四川大学 化工过程机械 博士 2009年-2012年 中国石油勘探开发研究院 机械设计及理论 硕士 2005年-2009年 四川大学 过程装备与控制工程 本科 主要研究领域 1.膜分离与发酵耦合制醇基燃料 燃料乙醇、丁醇作为重要的生物能源,其发酵过程具有明显的产物抑制效应。若采用膜分离(如渗透汽化、膜蒸馏、膜分散强化汽提等)原位地移除发酵产物,将消除产物对发酵过程的抑制。采用膜分离与发酵耦合,能够在发酵的同时将产物不断的分离,降低了发酵液中产物的浓度,减轻了产物对发酵过程的抑制,从而提高生产强度。过程的持续、高效进行使得每升发酵液中的产物总量得到了大幅度提升,降低了发酵结束后废液的处理量。膜对产物的分离,能实现产物的初步浓缩,降低后续工段的提纯成本。该研究方向主要涉及高性能膜的研制、多膜过程集成强化、耦合环境下高产菌株的构筑、耦合工艺参数优化调控等内容。 2.膜微反应器及过程强化 微反应器具有传递效率高、安全性好、无放大效应等优势。该研究方向利用膜孔道的微通道特征及良好分散的优势,将具有催化功能的纳米材料固载于膜孔道内,组成催化膜微反应器。膜作为微反应器能将反应过程限制在微纳米级的膜孔道中进行,降低了流动边界层厚度,提高了过程的热、质传递效率,并实现均匀场分布。膜孔道固有的良好分散,防止了纳米材料在大于膜孔道尺度范畴的聚团,提高了纳米材料的有效接触面积,消除了常规固定床中存在的内扩散效应。该研究方向主要涉及膜微反应器的构筑、反应器的多尺度(功能单元尺度、颗粒尺度以及膜孔道尺度)调控以及膜孔道内流动-传递-反应之间的耦合规律。若在膜孔道内固载具有吸附和传感功能的纳米材料,将可用于吸附和传感过程的强化。 主持科研项目 1. 生物膜细胞固定化与膜蒸馏耦合联产氢气与丁醇的基础研究,国家自然科学基金青年项目(21808144),主持,2019年-2021年 2. 膜蒸馏与结晶耦合资源化处理页岩气压裂返排液,四川大学“化工之星”优秀青年人才培育计划项目(20822041B4013),主持,2019年-2020年 3.
